Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle value Deliver a consistent, professional pickup and delivery experience that keeps guests coming back Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards Represent Swickard Toyota of Edmonds and our hospitality standard in every guest interaction What we're looking for 2+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership -- required Toyota or domestic brand experience a strong plus -- familiarity with Toyota service processes, menus, and systems is an advantage Track record of strong CSI and NPS scores and repeat guest relationships Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred Clear, composed communicator who builds lasting trust with guests and keeps technicians and managers aligned Able to manage high volume accurately without losing attention to detail or the guest experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record A hospitality mindset -- you treat every guest interaction like it matters, because it does What we offer OTE of $50,000 - $150,000+/yr Paid Toyota manufacturer and product training Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and supplemental coverage options Paid time off and paid holidays Clear career path -- strong advisors grow into senior advisor and service management roles Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts A team culture built on standards, accountability, and genuine care for one another Why Swickard Toyota of Edmonds Toyota moves.
