In this full-time role, you’ll deliver specialized cardiac care, performing assessments, administering medications, monitoring heart conditions, and supporting diagnostic procedures. You’ll educate patients and families on treatment plans and lifestyle changes, collaborate closely with cardiologists and the care team, and ensure accurate EHR documentation.
