Not for Profit Health Center in Boise Area Not for Profit Health Center in Boise area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in Family Practice. This NCQA-recognized Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) is located 45 minutes Southeast of Boise, Idaho near Mountain Home Air Force Base. Details: Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Must have 4 – 5 years of experience as an NP/PA in Primary Care Patients include all ages See 15-18 patients per day Schedule is Monday – Friday 8am – 5 pm; occasional later shift 11:30am - 7:30pm; once a month rotate one Saturday 8am - 5pm.
