Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees. Responsibilities:

• Strong customer service skills
• Training and motivating team members
• Cashier monitoring - managing cash
• Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Have excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
• Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself
• Work closely with Store Manager to handle operations of store
• Have a deep commitment to customer satisfaction
• Have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to the success of the restaurant
• Age requirement: 18 years of age or older
