Needing a Nurse Practitioner for an Employee Wellness Clinic with one of our clients:

Hours: Monday - Friday (40hr/week)
Setting: Employee Wellness clinic for employees and dependents ages 2+
Patient Volume: 10-12 patients per day
Duration: Min 3 months with a possibility of extension
Start Date: 2-3 weeks after offer is accepted

Requirements:

Active FL license
BLS
DOT certified
Primary care experience within the last 2 years
