This role places you at the forefront of AI-driven customer experience transformation, partnering closely with enterprise clients to design, validate, and implement intelligent solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to understand customer challenges, architect tailored AI configurations, and drive measurable business outcomes. The position involves pre-sales consultation, technical discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value engagements, requiring collaboration across sales, product, and engineering teams. You'll influence strategic conversations, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and provide guidance on operational workflows.
