What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to adult patients in the Medical-Surgical unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, manage dysrhythmias, and respond accordingly
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment such as Alaris Pumps and Vital Sync Monitors
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed

What You Need

Required:

• Active RN license in the state of assignment
• Minimum 2 years of recent MS/Tele Epic experience
• Proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation and telemetry management
• BLS certification

Preferred:

• NIH & ACLS certifications
• Experience with overnight orthopedic, vascular, or stroke units
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
