Warehouse Manager

Role Overview Position: Warehouse Manager – PM Shift (Evening) Location: Fremont, CA. Permanent, full‑time, second shift (1:30 PM – 10 PM). Salary: $83,000–$110,000 per year. Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Responsibilities Drive LEAN & Continuous Improvement: Champion LEAN methodologies, design training programs, and lead operational efficiency initiatives. Shift Operations & Execution: Lead evening fulfillment, receiving, and shipping processes to meet strict metrics around productivity, quality, and accuracy. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and develop a large team of frontline associates and supervisors using modern performance‑management tools. Labor & Resource Planning: Design flexible staffing strategies to navigate workflow spikes and seasonal demands. Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safety‑first culture, ensuring 100% compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and industrial equipment standards. Asset & Inventory Control: Oversee building upkeep, equipment maintenance, and inventory accuracy during the shift. Physical requirements: wearing steel‑toe shoes, manual lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for 8 hours. Qualifications 5+ years of management experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced operational environment. 5+ years of hands‑on LEAN and continuous improvement implementation. High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of OSHA compliance and industrial equipment regulations. Strong people and change leadership skills. Ability to commit to evening shift; occasional travel to regional facilities possible.
