Senior Product Manager Data & Analytics

City/State: Yonkers, New York Pay Range: $152,000.00-$190,000.00 Overview Montefiore is excited to hire a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of data‑driven and analytics solutions aligned with our mission to improve healthcare for underserved communities. Responsibilities Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and analytics solutions. Partner with stakeholders across clinical, operational, finance, supply chain, HR, research, IT, and other business functions to prioritize needs. Identify opportunities for innovation using Data & AI, including AI‑enabled analytics, automated workflow tools, self‑service dashboards. Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle: discovery, ideation, user research, requirement gathering, MVP scoping, delivery, go‑to‑market. Translate stakeholder needs into clear product requirements using Agile principles, creating epics, user stories, acceptance criteria. Collaborate with sponsors, business stakeholders, data engineering, digital, cyber, cloud, BI, AI, platform engineering, data science, and other IT teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable, secure data‑centric solutions. Drive adoption and continuous improvement of analytics tools such as dashboards and self‑service reporting. Act as trusted advisor and product evangelist to clinicians, analysts, executive leaders; facilitate demos, feedback, training. Lead change management to drive adoption and value realization. Define & track KPIs, utilize analytics to refine product strategy, improve usability, ensure ROI. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 8–10 years of industry experience. Experience with data and analytics solutions, preferably in healthcare provider domain. Success launching and managing data products, analytics platforms, or digital tools in clinical or operational settings. Ability to break down, evaluate, and prioritize complex problems into component parts. Experience leading complex operational and technology deployments across end‑users. Quantitative aptitude, building business cases and identifying value drivers. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with cross‑functional teams. Deep understanding of health system operations, clinical workflows, and patient engagement. Excellent communication, storytelling, stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with familiarity in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), cloud platforms like Snowflake. Exposure to AI/ML, generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI capabilities in a healthcare setting. Strategic vision balanced with tactical execution; strong business acumen. Strong facilitation skills to help leaders identify key questions. Excellent judgment working with ambiguity, sets stretch goals, focuses on results.
