Typical responsibilities include performing detailed initial evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions, patient education, and coordination of care with referring providers. Physical Therapist, Outpatient References: 1 Reference in entire work history License and OP experience are required.
