Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Treasure Coast Lexus & Treasure Coast Toyota in Port St Lucie, FL. This position oversees the sales team's daily activities, including coaching associates, setting goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring a consistent, customer-centered sales process on the showroom floor. The Sales Manager collaborates with leadership to develop sales strategies, manage inventory and pricing, review deal structures, and support finance and insurance processes to achieve monthly and annual targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging directly with customers to assist with vehicle selection, resolving escalated concerns, and maintaining strong relationships with repeat and referral clients. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics, conducting regular sales meetings, ensuring compliance with dealership policies, and upholding brand standards for Lexus and Toyota.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in automotive sales or retail sales management, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and developing sales professionals in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle complex or escalated situations professionally.
• Solid business and financial acumen, including understanding of pricing, gross profit, financing options, and dealership performance metrics.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present information clearly to teams and customers.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, including accurate documentation, time management, and follow-up on leads and appointments.
• Comfort with dealership technology such as CRM systems, inventory management tools, and standard office software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on dealership needs.
