Delivery ManagerStrong customer facing skills. Enable farming of account and develop growth opportunities.Roles & Responsibilities1. Client Relationship & Account OwnershipAct as primary interface between client leadership and TCSBuild strong relationships with Directors, Business Heads, and Account StakeholdersOwn overall account satisfaction (CSAT/CSI) and engagement healthRepresent TCS as the face of delivery at onsite2. End-to-End Service Ownership (Across Towers/Portfolios)Drive integrated delivery across various portfoliosEnsure SLA/KPI adherence, quality, and timeliness of deliverablesOversee: incident / problem / change governance, production stability and business continuity3. Demand Management & Business AlignmentUnderstand client business priorities (Utilities domain – grid, billing, trading, compliance)Convert business needs into: enhancements, projects, transformation initiativesWork with delivery teams to shape solutions and execution strategy4. Governance & Executive ReportingLead all governance forums: weekly operational reviews, monthly PMR / QBR, leadership connectsPresent: SLA/KPI performance, risks & mitigation plans, improvement roadmapTrack and ensure closure of actions from governance meetings5. Financial & Commercial AccountabilityOwn account-level metrics: revenue realization, resource utilization, gross marginIdentify growth opportunities (new SoW, additional applications scope)Support contract renewals, pricing, and commercial discussions6. Risk & Escalation ManagementIdentify delivery risks proactively: resource gaps (e.g., onsite bandwidth issues), SLA/KPI risksManage: client escalations, critical incidents with high business impactDrive RCA-based corrective and preventive actions7. Onsite–Offshore CoordinationEnsure seamless coordination between: onsite team (client-facing), offshore delivery teamsMaintain structured cadence: daily ops calls, weekly service reviews, leadership connectsEnable alignment on priorities, risks, and deliverables8. Client Feedback & Continuous ImprovementCapture structured client feedback and expectationsDrive: automation initiatives (RiO, productivity), service improvements, innovation adoptionTranslate feedback into actionable improvement plans9. Compliance & Utilities Domain GovernanceEnsure adherence to: security standards (e.g., NERC/CIP for utilities), audit and compliance requirementsAlign delivery with: regulatory standards, customer-specific policiesSalary Range: $140,000 -$150,000 yearTCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
