Key Responsibilities Conduct individual therapy sessions via our online platform, utilizing video conferencing and secure messaging tools to foster meaningful client interactions. Assess client needs comprehensively to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health goals. Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as required, ensuring a responsive and client-centered approach. Maintain detailed and accurate client records, documenting session notes and treatment progress while adhering to organizational and legal standards. Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals and support staff to provide holistic care, drawing on shared expertise and resources. Uphold ethical practices and engage in continuous learning to remain informed about developments in mental health care. Patient Population / Client Focus The client population you will work with is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and age groups, all seeking assistance with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to connect with clients and adapt your therapeutic approach will be essential in facilitating their journey towards improved mental well-being. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required. Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) Preferred Experience Previous experience providing individual therapy is highly desirable. Comfort using technology for remote therapy sessions and familiarity with digital mental health tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients effectively. Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player when required. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
