Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE) Coordinator

Are you passionate about workplace safety, quality excellence, and continuous improvement? Our client is seeking a Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE) Coordinator to help drive a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence within a growing manufacturing facility serving the data center industry. This role will play a critical part in supporting quality management systems, workplace safety initiatives, environmental compliance programs, and continuous improvement efforts across fabrication and assembly operations. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams, you'll help ensure products are manufactured safely, meet quality standards, and comply with applicable regulations and industry requirements. What You'll Do Support and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO 9001 principles. Conduct quality inspections of fabricated and assembled MEP modules. Manage non-conformance reporting (NCR) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead safety inspections, job hazard analyses, and incident investigations. Support OSHA compliance and employee safety training programs. Assist with environmental compliance, waste management, recycling, and hazardous materials handling. Coordinate internal audits, customer audits, and training documentation. Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics and prepare leadership reports. Help foster a proactive culture focused on quality, safety, and operational excellence. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in Quality, Safety, Environmental, or Manufacturing Operations. Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, modular construction, industrial equipment, or related environments. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety best practices. Experience conducting inspections, audits, and corrective action programs. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/document management systems. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field. OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training. Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies. ASQ CQIA, CQT, or related quality certifications. Knowledge of MEP systems, modular construction, or industrial manufacturing environments. Benefits: Fully covered family healthcare Why Join?
