Requirements
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in State of Practice
- Current BLS/CPR CertificationReliable Transportation and a Valid Driver's License
