Job Description The Attorney Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting a fast paced, multi practice law firm by ensuring attorneys and clients receive timely, accurate, and professional assistance across family law, real estate, and criminal defense matters. It is well suited for someone who thrives in structured environments, manages competing priorities with ease, and values precision in legal work. Compensation Range $1,150 to $1,220 USD. Responsibilities Support workflow improvements and client communication processes Handle sensitive legal and financial information with accuracy and discretion Coordinate follow ups with clients and internal team members Provide ongoing administrative and procedural support to attorneys Track deadlines, court dates, and attorney calendars with precision Prepare, format, and organize legal documents and correspondence Manage inbound phone calls and client email communications Conduct client intake calls and gather accurate and complete case information Maintain well organized digital case files and records Requirements Bachelor’s degree (in Law) 1-2 years of experience in the role or similar Strong English communication skills, written and verbal Ability to professionally manage high conflict or emotionally charged client interactions Highly organized and systems-oriented mindset Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow through Critical thinking and sound judgment Ability to pivot quickly across multiple legal practice areas Confident and professional phone presence Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with attorneys Adaptability in a fast paced and evolving legal environment Additional Details Full time remote position aligned with Eastern Time Work schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST Availability required to support time sensitive legal deadlines and court related matters Prior experience supporting attorneys in a law firm environment is required Experience in a multi practice legal setting is strongly preferred Software and Tools Practice Panther for case management and CRM Ring Central for phone and VoIP communication Adobe for document preparation and handling Calendar management tools for scheduling and deadline tracking #J-18808-Ljbffr Job Duck LLC
