Android Software Engineer at Cybercoders. About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic Android Software Engineer to create, develop, and sustain top-notch Android applications and SDKs. The successful candidate will have strong skills in Kotlin and Java, along with experience using the Android SDK. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to implement features, optimize performance, and ensure reliability in production-ready applications. Key facts Location: Cottage Grove, Dane County Engagement: Full-time Compensation: $152,161 What you'll do Design and develop high-quality Android applications and SDKs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features. Ensure the performance and reliability of applications through rigorous testing and optimization. Deliver applications to Google Play and manage updates as necessary. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Android development. Proficiency in Kotlin and Java programming languages. Strong understanding of the Android SDK and application lifecycle. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Nice to have Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. Experience in Agile development methodologies.
