Administrative Coordinator [1015]

$50k - $65k

Whitman Associates, Inc.

Nonprofit seeks an administrative coordinator to provide support to a busy office.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to inquiries and provide backup reception support as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
  • Collect and report data related to processes; prepare updates, correspondence, and reports for review.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to ensure efficiency and timely completion of internal and external deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Self-starter who is flexible and collaborative.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and guide projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous administrative experience.

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
