Onsite Position Job Description:
MUST hold:
** Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field. #ZR
- 24 months of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field with exposure to IT and OT procurement.
- 24 months of experience with the procurement lifecycle (sourcing, negotiation, contracting, purchasing).
- 24 months of experience with IT (hardware, software, networking) and OT concepts as they related to transportation (traffic management, intelligent transportation systems)
- 18 months of experience with communicating and coordinating with cross-functional teams (business, technical, security, vendor and procurement) articulating technical and business requirements clearly, both written and verbal.
- 18 months of experience analyzing data, comparing proposals, and identifying trends.
