Now Hiring: Skilled Press Room Operator – Sheet Metal Prototype

We’re looking for a skilled Press Room Operator to join our fast-paced sheet metal prototyping team. If you have a passion for precision, take pride in your craftsmanship, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Operate and maintain press room equipment for prototype and short-run sheet metal parts
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all parts produced
Perform setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting of machinery
Work closely with engineering and quality teams to meet project deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in press operation and sheet metal fabrication (prototype experience a plus)
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Setting up 2 & 3 pc Dies
The ability to Barber Tools
