As an employer, we seek to provide an environment of growth and development for our employees that is consistent with recognizing the rights, needs, and wants of all people.Purpose:To provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enable them to live valued lives in the community.Qualifications:Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug ScreeningsMust possess a valid Driver's License with all necessary endorsements and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.Must possess basic computer skillsMust possess a High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum two years of experience working in the human service fieldMinimum two year of supervisory experienceEssential Functions:Provides support, supervision to all staff and individuals in the Day Program settingCreates and maintains a positive, learning, supportive environment for all employees and individualsEnsures accuracy and efficiency in billing and staffing in regards to daily revenueEnsures implementation and documentation of all training, support and behavior programs as required by the individual's plan and regulatory agenciesEnsures safety by accounting for all employees and individuals on site, in the van, and on trip activitiesEnsures employee compliance with policies and procedures through monitoring and trainingProvides constructive feedback to employees through positive interactions, role modeling, and mentoringPerforms all other duties as assignedHourly: $26.44SR71CHThis position will remain open until filled.
