Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Phoenix, AZ

Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated experience with pediatric populations and/or in school-based settings
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with school teams
Key Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement treatment protocols tailored to each student's needs, goals, and IEP requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records and prepare timely documentation as required by school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer expert clinical recommendations
- Support a positive and inclusive school atmosphere, fostering communication confidence in every child
