Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Audi San Diego is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team!

The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is an important front-line guest contact for the dealership and they directly influence guest's impressions by the way they greet them.

Starting Pay: $25 per hour

What will you do?

• Act as the first point of contact for visiting customers.
• Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and high level of professionalism.
• Make a friendly and premium-brand appearance.
• Engage with customers to determine their automotive needs.
• Appropriately route customers to our sales, service and parts businesses.
• Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees.

What are we looking for?

• Computer/Administrative experience required.
• Xcel/word experience highly desired.
• Customer service experience highly desired!
• Clean Driving record or minimal violations.

Regular Full-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.54 - $27.21 USD per hour.
