Summary As a Fragrance & Beauty Advisor, you represent the CHANEL brand by delivering exceptional, personalized client service and building long-term customer relationships. You will drive sales performance through product knowledge, demonstrations, and an omni-channel approach while maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising. This role requires a passionate, professional team player committed to continuous learning and elevated client experiences. Responsibilities Provide superior service to every client daily using the CHANEL service ritual. Deepen client relationships and loyalty through personalized connections and follow‑up. Achieve sales targets using product expertise, services, and data capture to recruit and retain clients. Attend trainings and implement learnings from seasonal seminars and the Inside Beauty learning application. Deliver a seamless omni‑channel experience between in‑store and online touchpoints. Address and resolve client situations per company standards and escalates when needed. Support events and product demonstrations to engage clients and drive sales. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and visually compliant work area at all times. Requirements Full‑time in‑store and in‑person presence required. Passion for cosmetics and fragrance with product knowledge; artistry skills and direct brand experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on client experience. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs. Flexible and adaptable to scheduling changes and business needs.
