Responsibilities Design Creation: Develop creative design concepts and assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website elements, print materials, and branding collateral. Branding: Create visually cohesive branding strategies and assets that align with client goals and industry standards. Collaboration: Work closely with the account management, digital designer and content teams to deliver designs that complement marketing strategies and client expectations. Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure all designs are fresh, modern, and effective. Software Proficiency: Use Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to bring your creative ideas to life. Client Liaison: Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, offering creative direction and solutions. Efficiency & Feedback: Work efficiently under deadlines and be receptive to feedback from both clients and the internal team to refine designs. Key Qualifications Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in an agency setting. Design Tools: Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), WordPress, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of industries such as hospitality, construction, property, and finance is advantageous. Education: Further education in graphic design, communication designs, UX/UI or a related field is desirable but not essential. Qualities Of a Successful Candidate Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality designs that meet client expectations. Creative Direction: Ability to conceptualise and lead design projects with a strong sense of creative direction. Branding Knowledge: Strong understanding of branding principles and how to visually communicate brand identity. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively. Leadership Skills: Ability to take the lead on design projects and offer guidance to other team members when needed. Efficiency: Work quickly and effectively while maintaining high standards of creativity and design quality.
