Schedule: Flexible you control your hours About the Role Angie Murray-Pate & Associates, LLC, an American Family Insurance agency, is hiring a Remote Sales Specialist in Nebraska . This is a commission-only, 1099 opportunity with the flexibility to set your own schedule a great fit for someone who wants to work from home and build income around family commitments (including stay-at-home parents). What Youll Do
- Contact, quote, and close insurance sales opportunities (phone/text/email/virtual meetings and in person
- Work provided leads quickly and consistently to convert opportunities into policy sales
- Generate additional business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and your own outreach
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Track activity and follow-ups in agency tools/CRM to maintain an organized pipeline
- Provide a professional, helpful customer experience from first contact through bind
- Nebraska resident (preferred) with the ability to sell in Nebraska
- Self-motivated and disciplinedcomfortable working independently in a remote role
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable with technology (CRM, quoting tools, email/text)
- Reliable internet and a quiet, professional workspace for calls
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- someone who would want to go on to become an Agent
- Leads provided to support your success
- You must also be willing and able to secure your own leads through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach
