Key Responsibilities:

1. Attend job meetings, and perform surveys
2. Plan, execute, and manage fire alarm installation projects from inception to completion.
3. Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed project documentation and reports.
4. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
5. Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to ensure project efficiency and profitability
6. Attend job meetings, and perform surveys
7. Perform takeoffs and generate proposals

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical industry or an electrical engineering degree.

- Proficient in project management software and tools.

- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of NYC electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
