Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Oncology, Solid Tumor

Providence Swedish Cancer Institute is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join its growing Solid Tumor Oncology team in Seattle, Washington. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized oncology specialists caring for patients with gastrointestinal (GI) and genitourinary (GU) malignancies across both the clinic and hospital settings. The APC will play an integral role in delivering comprehensive cancer care while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team that includes medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, oncology surgeons, pharmacists, nurses, social workers, and research staff. Responsibilities include evaluation and management of oncology patients, treatment monitoring, symptom management, survivorship care, inpatient consultations, and participation in innovative cancer therapies and clinical research. The successful candidate will also share responsibility for the Transition Rapid Access Clinic, helping ensure timely patient access and seamless transitions of care. The practice cares for patients receiving a broad range of treatments including chemotherapy, targeted therapies, immunotherapy, cellular therapies, and investigational therapies through clinical trials in a highly collaborative academic-style environment. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
