The Perinatal Nurse Manager will guide a vibrant, high-acuity unit averaging approximately 350-500 births each month , delivering comprehensive services across labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum. You will drive initiatives centered on patient safety, clinical excellence, throughput, and operational efficiency, supported by modern equipment and a cohesive interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Oversee approximately 25 FTEs and steward day-to-day operations, staffing, and resource management. Champion quality improvement and patient safety programs. Implement initiatives that enhance patient safety, clinical excellence, throughput, and operational efficiency.
