Job Description:
A Registered Nurse is needed for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) providing care for a variety of patients including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgery cases in a Level II Trauma Center.
Responsibilities:
- Care for post-operative open-heart patients
- Manage VV and VA ECMO, Balloon pump, Impella, and CRRT
- Perform bedside procedures such as bronchs, GI scopes, chest tube insertions, and arterial/central line insertions
- Provide airway care and frequent drip titrations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year of current acute care ICU hospital experience
- BLS, ACLS, & NIH certifications
- Prior Meditech experience preferred
- CVICU/CTICU experience preferred
