Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Loan Officer role based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Loan Officer will be responsible for managing the loan origination process, evaluating borrower eligibility, conducting underwriting assessments, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the lending process. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that loans are aligned with both the company’s objectives and client needs. Qualifications Experience in Loan Origination and working as a Loan Officer, with a strong understanding of financial processes and requirements Proficiency in Underwriting, assessing loan risks, and analyzing borrower eligibility Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients Knowledge of real estate financing solutions, including bridge loans, fix-and-flip loans, and cash-out refinances Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Relevant experience in private lending or real estate investment is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
