Their work includes transportation law, products and toxic tort liability defense, insurance coverage disputes, railroad litigation, maritime law, commercial and consumer contract disputes, administrative law, construction litigation, civil rights and constitutional law claims, environmental damage and remediation issues, professional liability claims, premises liability claims and retail and restaurant industry liability claims.

Job Details

Our client is searching for a litigation attorney. Civil litigation experience is preferred, but they are open to ADAs, Public Defenders, and attorneys finishing up clerkships.

The following qualifications are necessary for consideration for this position:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a member in good standing with the PA bar.
3. Experience in, or a desire to learn, civil litigation, specifically insurance defense.
4. Courtroom experience
