Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health status, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. \n
- Develop tailored treatment plans that address each client’s specific mental health needs and therapeutic goals. \n
- Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to create a holistic care plan that integrates all aspects of patient well-being. \n
- Provide educational resources and support to clients’ families, encouraging a collaborative approach to the recovery process. \n
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential records in compliance with relevant laws and ethical standards to track client progress and treatment efficacy. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline. \n
- Proven experience in clinical mental health counseling with a solid understanding of evidence-based practices. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients throughout their therapeutic journey. \n
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively and meet the demands of documentation and reporting. \n
We prefer candidates who possess specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or adolescent therapy. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems is also highly valued, as it aids in the delivery of quality care remotely.
Compensation and Benefits\nGotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
