The Company manages substantial advertising investment across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, and administers its operations through both Seller Central and Vendor Central.

POSITION SUMMARY

Pyle USA seeks a qualified Amazon PPC Specialist to assume responsibility for the ongoing analysis, optimization, and remediation of the Company's advertising account. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional proficiency in the examination of large-scale campaign and search term data, the identification of inefficiencies and structural deficiencies, and the timely implementation of corrective action. This position carries direct accountability for the day-to-day performance and integrity of a large, complex advertising account, including the identification of wasted expenditure, misaligned targeting, deficient campaign structures, underperforming ASINs, and catalog-level issues affecting advertising efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Retrieve, review, and analyze search term reports, targeting reports, placement data, and campaign performance metrics across a multi-thousand-ASIN catalog

• Identify and eliminate inefficient advertising expenditure, including irrelevant search terms, duplicative targeting, cannibalization, and excessive bids

• Diagnose the root causes of campaign and ASIN underperformance - including bids, targeting, listing content, pricing, inventory availability, and listing suppression - and direct corrective action to the appropriate function

• Develop and maintain negative keyword architecture at scale across the advertising account

• Restructure legacy campaigns that no longer conform to current best practices

• Monitor TACOS and ACOS performance against established targets; identify deviations promptly and present recommended corrective measures

• Identify and escalate catalog-level issues affecting advertising performance, including suppressed listings, loss of Buy Box, stranded inventory, and variation family disruptions

• Prepare and deliver weekly performance reporting encompassing expenditure, sales, TACOS, and remedial actions undertaken

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of two (2) years of direct, hands-on Amazon PPC experience managing substantial advertising expenditure, in either an agency or brand-side capacity

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and the manipulation of data exports comprising tens of thousands of rows

• Demonstrated experience with bulk operations files and/or advertising management platforms (e.g., Perpetua, Pacvue, Quartile, or comparable systems)

• Working proficiency in both Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central

• Demonstrated analytical and diagnostic aptitude, with a documented record of independently identifying and resolving account irregularities

• Strong attention to detail, capacity for self-direction, and an execution-oriented approach to account management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience administering large catalogs (1,000+ ASINs)

• Experience with Amazon DSP

• Working knowledge of SQL or basic scripting for data analysis

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS - FIRST NINETY (90) DAYS

• Measurable reduction in inefficient advertising expenditure, with documented supporting analysis

• Negative keyword and campaign structure remediation initiated across priority product categories

• Establishment of a weekly reporting cadence that identifies both performance issues and corrective actions taken
