And we do all we can for patients, going the extra mile to see that they’re supported, informed and getting the one-on-one care and service they deserve.**Job Description:**Our oncology practice in Monroe, New Jersey is looking for a per diem Radiation Therapist.Responsibilities include:* Work in a collaborative environment with a patient first focus and a team approach to care.* Deliver radiation treatment delivering the prescribed dosage of ionizing radiation precisely to each patient using state of art techniques including IMRT, SRS, SRT, Vision RT, Breath hold.* Image patients per order, document and charge care provided.* Monitor and adhere to all radiation safety procedures for the department.* Maintain environment of care following best practice; minimizing risks and maintaining infection prevention standards.**Requirements*** Graduate of an AMA approved Radiation Therapy School* 2-3 years’ experience with Varian equipment preferred.* American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification* New Jersey Radiation Therapy License* BLS for Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr Astera Cancer Care
