WHAT YOU WILL DO

Leadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing management and hourly team Build a culture rooted in hospitality, accountability, teamwork, and execution Develop future leaders through coaching, mentorship, and performance management Create a positive and engaging work environment that drives retention Operations Management Oversee all Front of House and Back of House operations Ensure exceptional food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction Drive consistency in execution, systems, and operational standards Lead daily operations while maintaining a strong floor presence Financial Performance Manage labor costs, food costs, and controllable expenses Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement Drive sales initiatives and local store marketing efforts Execute plans to achieve profitability and operational goals Guest Experience Create a hospitality‑driven culture that builds loyal guests Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively Foster community engagement and neighborhood connections Ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of restaurant management experience, including General Manager leadership experience Full‑service restaurant experience required Strong understanding of P&L management, labor controls, food cost management, and restaurant financials Proven success in developing management teams and hourly staff Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills Passion for hospitality and team development Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience with emerging or growing restaurant concepts Experience leading restaurants with dine‑in, takeout, and delivery channels Experience with local store marketing and community engagement Italian, pizza, or chef‑driven restaurant experience is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
