Opportunities to grow in ABA Collaborative team environment Meaningful work every single day A chance to celebrate BIG wins and little victories Role Description The Behavioral Therapist is an on-site role based in Middlesex, NJ, providing direct ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting behavior interventions, and supporting skill development in communication, social interaction, daily living, and play. The therapist will collect and record behavioral data, monitor progress, and collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and family members to adjust interventions as needed. Qualifications Candidates possess skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis for implementing evidence-based interventions (preferred). Candidates should possess strong interpersonal Skills for building rapport with children, families, and multidisciplinary team members. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Psychology to understand developmental, behavioral, and learning principles. Candidates should possess experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental differences. High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field preferred. Experience in ABA, special education, or behavioral health settings is highly preferred. Ability to follow treatment plans, document sessions accurately, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with policy and law.
