Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Id: 188 # of Openings: 1 Job Description: Resolve Diamondback is currently hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Skilled Nursing team in Phoenix, AZ. CNAs play a vital role in delivering quality resident care while supporting dignity, comfort, and independence. Available Shifts 6:00am - 6:30pm (DAYS) 6:30pm - 6:00am (NOC) Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and transfers Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition Support mobility, repositioning, and fall prevention Provide emotional support and compassionate resident care Maintain a clean and safe resident environment Document care accurately per facility guidelines Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams Follow infection control and safety protocols Qualifications: Active CNA certification in the state of employment Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred (new graduates welcome) Reliable, patient focused, and compassionate Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to pass background check and drug screening Same day pay available through TapCheck Complimentary staff meals each shift Advanced clinical environment serving high acuity residents including Dialysis, IV therapy, PICC lines, Midlines, Chest Tubes, Bronchoscopies, and drains Private resident rooms for a safe and comfortable care setting License/Certification: CNA License (Required) Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Ability to Commute: Phoenix, AZ 85037 #J-18808-Ljbffr
