Compensation

$80,000 - $140,000 per year Uncapped Commission + Residual Income

This role offers strong earning potential through an uncapped commission structure, monthly bonuses, and residual income.

About the Role

TF Partners Inc is hiring a motivated Territory Sales Executive to serve the Fort Wayne, IN area. This outside B2B sales position offers advancement opportunities and the ability to make a meaningful impact by helping businesses provide affordable supplemental benefits to their employees.

This role is ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrive in a relationship-driven sales environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with business owners, general managers, and HR directors
  • Present customized supplemental benefit solutions
  • Prospect and develop new accounts within your assigned territory
  • Clearly explain benefit options with professionalism and integrity
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and leadership development
  • Support and mentor developing team members
  • Manage your schedule with flexibility and independence

No two days are the same - you'll meet new people daily while growing your territory and income.
