Overview
Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (L&D) travel assignment in Albany, Oregon. Start date: 09/07/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,605–$2,629 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days (0700–1930) with every 3rd weekend. Setting: hospital-based travel assignment in obstetric care, covering labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care across labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care
- Monitor maternal-fetal status, perform assessments, administer medications per orders, and adjust plans as needed
- Assist with labor and delivery, including patient preparation, monitoring, and post-delivery recovery; support family-centered care
- Perform newborn assessments and care, facilitate bonding and breastfeeding support, and initiate newborn routines as ordered
- Collaborate with obstetric, anesthesia, and neonatal teams; document care in the electronic health record; maintain safety and infection control standards
- Respond to obstetric emergencies, implement protocols, and escalate to the physician or team as appropriate
- Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and referrals as needed

Requirements
- Active Oregon Registered Nurse license (unencumbered) required upon submission
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
- ACLS certification (American Heart Association) required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and STABLE certification preferred
- Ability to work in a labor and delivery setting with a 3x12-hour day shift schedule, including every 3rd weekend
