Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Role Overview: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, supporting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with legal standards and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and report patient condition changes, assign duties, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited LPN program. Active LPN/LVN license in good standing in the applicable state. Preferably, one year of skilled nursing experience. CPR certification, obtained upon hire or during orientation, maintained throughout employment. Additional Requirements: Ability to make independent decisions, deliver competent nursing care, and demonstrate excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
