We're looking for an organized, friendly, and dependable Dental Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while helping our office run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule efficiently
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
• Verify insurance benefits and assist patients in understanding their treatment options
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and the clinical team
• Help ensure a smooth, positive experience from check-in to check-out

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office or dental coordinating experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable with dental practice management software
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
• A genuine passion for helping people feel welcomed and cared for
