Sales Executive For Dopamine Land Dubai

As a Sales Executive for Dopamine Land Dubai, you will be part of the team driving the B2B area focused on special events, group bookings, and private experiences. You'll manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities, handle customer calls, close deals for birthday celebrations and corporate or private events, and support the reporting and analysis of customer feedback. This role is ideal for a proactive, customer-oriented individual who enjoys relationship building, has a commercial mindset, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing B2B sales inquiries (both inbound and outbound) for Dopamine Land Dubai.
• Handling customer calls and emails, from first contact to booking confirmation.
• Closing deals for group visits, birthday celebrations, and privatizations.
• Providing personalized customer care, ensuring every interaction reflects Fever's high service standards.
• Collecting and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with management.
• Supporting reporting processes and helping structure key performance metrics for the Fever for Business channel.
• Collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to align communication and optimize visitor satisfaction.

Qualifications include:

• 2-3 years experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles, ideally in hospitality, events, or entertainment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in English. Arabic is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Good analytical ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
• Comfort managing multiple priorities and adapting to fast-changing scenarios.
• Proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).

This position is hybrid with an in-person presence expected.
