Overview House Cleaners Wanted. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour (plus tips). After two weeks of training, you can earn a production bonus from all the houses you clean. After 3 months, minimum pay increases to $19.00 per hour, and after 6 months it increases to $20.00 per hour. Top earners can exceed $25 per hour after production bonuses (plus tips). Responsibilities Clean and disinfect assigned homes to ensure high standards of cleanliness Follow cleaning checklists and use provided supplies and equipment Maintain professional and courteous interactions with clients Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies Collaborate with team to ensure timely completion of tasks Qualifications Integrity, strong work ethic, good character, and a positive, team-oriented attitude Able to be a reliable, long-term employee Two weeks of paid training; no prior experience required At least 18 years old Able to lift up to 20 lbs Authorized to work in the United States Reliable access to a vehicle and a valid drivers license; proof of auto insurance Benefits Monday – Friday work schedule Vacation and holiday pay Monthly contests with opportunities to earn extra money Cleaning supplies and equipment provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
