Wages range from $21.77 / hour to $32.66 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Setting up Delivery appointments
• Sending request & information to all Carriers
• Tracking the progress of current Trips
• Research & provide information to support all OS&D
• Reporting percentages for on Time deliveries & information related to Carrier on time.
• Process purchase orders requisitions for Tupelo (Warehouse, Office, Traffic)
• Verifies all packages received at front desk (UPS, Vendors)
• Misc. research trips and date related to trips or loads
• Research appointments to customers and information that supports customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• E2 Open
• A1 Transportation BluJay TMS
• PC Miler /transit times comprehension skills
• Strong Excel Skills
• Power Point
• Flexible Hours
• Rotating schedule for Saturdays
• Strong communication skills for coordination of trucks for delivery is a must
• English speaking is required

Physical Demands :

• Frequently required to sit; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to adjust focus
