Business Development Representative

In your role, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members. How You'll Contribute Responsible, in conjunction with the Business Development Director, for implementing the hospital's business development plan/strategy. Identifies, establishes and maintains relationships with hospital referral sources. Plans and/or attend community events to increase community awareness and to present a positive for the hospital. Serves as a liaison between the hospital, referral sources and the community, consistently providing a high level of customer service. Additional Responsibilities Include Actively seeks to identify new potential referral sources. Assists in ensuring all admissions are well-coordinated with the hospital's intake and referral office, business office, MD and case management. Qualifications And Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred, combination of education and professional experience may be acceptable Previous experience in business development at psychiatric healthcare facility preferred Valid driver's license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), along with proof of insurance when using your own auto.
