MARKETING  /  CLIENT RELATIONS

Do you enjoy meeting new people? We are seeking a goal-oriented professional with marketing and social media experience to network within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, nursing homes, senior centers, rehab and assisted living facilities.This is an immediate full-time permanent position. 

We are a well-established company serving multi-city areas. It is the goal of this company to provide the best possible healthcare to every client we serve.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Outside Marketing: 2 years preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Marketing experience with social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience and knowledge with laptop computers and database entry.  
• Professional demeanor.
• Excellent time management and planning skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Work schedule: Traditionally weekdays, however, must be available to work after hours when needed. 
• Must have valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 50-mile radius.
• Ability to problem solve in a diplomatic manner.
• Ability to lift and transport items to and from events.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Contact healthcare professionals to enhance company client base.
• Reach a required minimum of new clients monthly per Executive Director.
• Conduct and process new client assessments in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate respect for clients and families.
• Assist with calling the state to obtain services for a potential client.
• Accurate documentation of all contacts and client information.
• Mediate with clients that are contemplating switching to another provider.
• Adhere to confidentiality policies regarding client and company information.
• Immediately report any indication of a potential issue developing. 
• Report to Executive Director daily.
• Attend mandatory weekly marketing meetings and other meetings as assigned.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relations.
• Participation in healthcare fairs, trade shows, community events, non-profit organizations, &/or any other marketing opportunities to increase client base.
• Utilize social media when planning, tracking leads and evaluating target markets.
• Responsible for posting company events, comments, pictures, and interacting with customers on social media accounts.
• Any additional job related tasks as assigned by Executive Director.
