This role builds strong relationships with merchants, community organizations, and referral sources; identifies opportunities for growth; and delivers solutions aligned to each client’s payment and business needs. The MPS Market Manager works independently to meet sales production, revenue, activation, and market growth objectives while staying informed about local market trends and competitive activity. **Key Responsibilities*** Prospecting, creating, and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities* Effectively manage territory* Execute successful sales campaigns* Provide activity reporting and progress toward objectives to leadership* Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales production goals within the assigned market* Maintain productive partner relationships with key stakeholders and bank partner* This position involves direct client engagement, including in-person meetings with clients and prospective partners 3–4 days per week.
