Neurology Physician
$350kHealthPlus Staffing Primary Care/Pediatrics
Compensation: $350,000 guaranteed base salary for Year 1, transitioning to a productivity model (45% of collections) beginning in Year 2

- Start Date: ASAP (approximately 3-month credentialing process)
- EMR: Athena
- Patient Mix: Approximately 70% Medicare / 30% Commercial
- Call Schedule: Shared call rotation every 4 5 weeks
- Support Staff: Dedicated Medical Assistant and experienced office support staff
- Interview Process: Three-step interview process with practice leadership, physician partners, and executive team
- Practice Environment: Collaborative, physician-focused practice offering the independence of private practice without the administrative burden of managing HR, billing, recruiting, or operations, allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
