Our team supports some of the most progressive dealerships and automotive brands in the country, producing more than 10,000 creative assets every month across social media, digital advertising, OTT/CTV, websites, email marketing, and traditional media.

We're currently looking to add a talented Graphic Designer to our fully remote creative team.

What You'll Do

• Design digital and print advertising campaigns for automotive and retail clients

• Create social media graphics, display ads, OTT/CTV creative, website assets, email campaigns, landing page graphics, event promotions, and marketing materials

• Develop polished layouts from concept through final production

• Create compelling photo compositions, retouching, and image manipulation

• Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients and campaigns

• Collaborate with account managers, strategists, copywriters, and creative leadership

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Contribute creative ideas and solutions that help clients stand out in competitive markets

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of professional graphic design experience

• Experience working in an agency, marketing, advertising, retail, franchise, or other high-volume creative environment

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Exceptional understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly collaborative

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality

• Positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive advertising or dealership marketing experience

• Experience designing high-volume promotional advertising campaigns

• Understanding of digital advertising formats and best practices

• Experience creating creative assets for Meta, Google Display, OTT/CTV, websites, and email marketing

• Motion graphics experience is a plus

• Knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools is a plus

Portfolio Requirements

A portfolio is required for consideration.

Compensation
